Founder / Representative
Kazutomo Deguchi
I started my career in enterprise systems, working on requirements definition and system design for core business operations such as sales and inventory management within the Itochu Group's information systems division.
Seeking an environment where I could make architectural decisions more freely and drive business outcomes through technology, I transitioned into the web industry. I work end-to-end — from understanding existing systems and business workflows, structuring underlying problems, designing improvement strategies, to implementing and validating solutions.
Today, as the founder of Shinagawa Labs LLC, I focus on technical consulting and hands-on engineering using Go and TypeScript. My work spans performance optimization, CI/CD improvements, reduction of technical debt, and strengthening observability — all aimed at enabling sustainable product and organizational growth.
I bridge the gap that often exists between engineering and business leadership, helping organizations build a continuous and measurable improvement cycle.
