After working on enterprise systems at Itochu Group's information systems division, I transitioned into the web industry. Across companies of every size, I kept encountering the same structural problem: teams trapped in reactive operations, unable to ship.

The root cause was always the same: missing systems. No observability. No safe change processes. Deployments became scary, release frequency dropped, and feature development stalled. I've spent my career breaking this cycle — building monitoring, CI/CD, and operational processes adapted to each team's culture and technical maturity.
